The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory levels, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting our logistics team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Track and record inventory data using inventory management systems.
• Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing products in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to fulfill stock requests.
• Monitor inventory for any discrepancies and assist in resolving them.
• Prepare and generate inventory reports as needed.
• Ensure inventory storage areas are organized and comply with safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a warehouse, inventory, or stockroom role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
