Intralogistics Gear System Territory Manager (Nationwide travel)

Requirements:
- 5+ plus years of industry relevant experience – intralogistics in support of gear systems, electric motors, variable frequency drives within a warehouse & manufacturing facility.
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor's of Engineering Degree or Degree with strong technical fundamentals such as Industrial Distribution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability and flexibility to travel without limitation.
- Up to 50% overnight travel is estimated.
- Research and identify Key End Users, Consulting Engineers, and Original Equipment Manufacturer's in the identified markets.
- Determine market requirements for product specifications, pricing and support capabilities.
- Develop strategies, in conjunction with the Key Market Manager, VP Sales and Account Manager's, to penetrate these markets.
- Implement these strategies as well as coordinate activities with international, regional, and local sales teams.
- Attend and support market related trade shows.
- Work with marketing and engineering to create appropriate marketing materials and advertising strategies to support penetration strategy.
- Develop and present sales presentations to engineering and management personnel of target accounts.
- Inform management of product needs to penetrate the industries in question and work with engineering locally and internationally to develop them.
- Monitor market trends and changes – identify resulting risks and opportunities.
- Travel when and where necessary to support the implementation of strategies.
- Review and understand all company policies and procedures.
- Practice honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers.
- Understand terms and conditions of sales, warranty procedures and policies, and take actions to limit the company's risk and potential liability.
- Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.
- Perform other duties as required and requested.
