Reading Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic team. Our Interventional Radiology team is a well-established and collaborative group comprising of 5 physicians and 3 physician assistants dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care.

Highlights:

• The Interventional Radiology department uses a variety of imaging techniques including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT to perform their procedures.
• Our Interventional Radiologists are an employed group of eight providers (5 physicians and 3 physician assistants).
• Reading Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Dedicated 12 bed recovery room for IR.
  • Serves OP & IP
• Department has its own dedicated CT scan and ultrasound technology.
• Strong support staff:
  • 13 registered nurses
  • 14 technicians
• Teams sees an average of 25-30 cases per day.
• Dedicated consult space for outpatient.
• The IR division is widely considered one of the most respected clinical sections in the hospital.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology.
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Interventional Radiology fellowship.
• Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
