Job Description
Phil Long Kia in Motor City is looking for an Automotive Internet Sales Manager. The most qualified candidate will have extensive computer and internet skills. Organizational skills are also needed to keep track of sales leads. Responsibilities include: managing online sales conducted through the dealership's website and working with 3rd party venders. This job includes tracking sales, penciling deals and managing a team of internet sales consultants. Understanding and demonstrating vehicle characteristics, capabilities and features; qualifying buyers and closing sales is a must.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Follow a very strict process that has been proven effective at selling. Must have Internet Sales and Management Experience Must have a proven track record of selling cars Must show HIGH CSI scores

Education and/or Experience
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
