We are a successful automotive group, seeking an Internet Sales BDC Manager that will drive results and generate revenue through business development activities. The Internet Sales BDC Manager will be responsible for: team member engagement, meeting and exceeding sales productivity goals, and culture improvements. The right candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to heighten operational efficiencies. Other critical factors for this role include possessing great problem-solving and organization skills, the ability to think outside the box, and drive showroom traffic.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3-5 years automotive sales management/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of key performance indicators and metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Automotive Sales BDC experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Master inbound, outbound and internet strategies
- Ensure delegation of leads to Sales Team
- Respond to customer internet inquiries via e-mail, phone, and text
- Be available to T.O. clients in the CRM and on the sales floor
- Achieve desired Internet Closing Ratio
- Drive production in a fast-paced environment to meet department goals
- Hold weekly training with Sales Team
- Onboard new reps prior to them starting on the floor
- Monitor KPIs and alert Sales Manager to determine if team members qualify to work leads
- Become the Subject Matter Expert: Learn quickly to develop an “expert” level of understanding of all products, sales promotions, organizational procedures, and operating systems
- Collaborate with peers and leadership by gathering data, and analyzing KPIs to identify operational deficiencies
