The International Tax Manager oversees international income and transfer pricing compliance, reviews income tax provisions, and manages team development and operations.

The International Tax Manager oversees international income and transfer pricing compliance, reviews income tax provisions, and manages team development and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation and review of international tax components for US Federal returns, including operations in 70+ countries.
- Review international income tax provisions and related calculations for SEC filings in line with internal controls.
- Oversee transfer pricing compliance.
- Support international tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audit defense.
- Manage earnings, profits, and tax basis calculations.
- Lead special projects, train team members, and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate with offshore tax functions.
- Education:
- Bachelors in Accounting (required).
- Masters in Taxation or Accounting (required).
- CPA certification (required, ongoing CPE needed).
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in corporate tax, with Big 4 public accounting experience (required).
- Expertise in UK, Canadian, and Australian tax regimes (preferred).
- Proficiency with OneSource Income Tax and Tax Provision software (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GILTI, FDII, FTCs, BEAT, 163(j), and US tax forms (8858, 5471, 1118, 8975).
- Technical expertise in multinational corporate tax.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in tax research and interpreting tax laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
- Flexible, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Domestic and international travel as needed.
- Must adapt to organizational growth and changes.
