We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent International Tax Manager to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in international tax, financial reporting, and accounting, looking to make a significant impact within a globally recognized company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, tax planning, and financial analysis activities to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ASC 740, ASC-718, ASC 740-10, SOX controls, and true-up calculations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent International Tax Manager to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in international tax, financial reporting, and accounting, looking to make a significant impact within a globally recognized company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, tax planning, and financial analysis activities to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ASC 740, ASC-718, ASC 740-10, SOX controls, and true-up calculations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's global tax operations including tax planning, compliance, and provision processes
- Coordinate and manage tax audits, respond to tax notices, and resolve tax disputes in a timely and effective manner
- Review and ensure accuracy of tax returns, tax provisions, and other required reports
- Analyze and interpret tax regulations, prepare required tax reports, and keep abreast of tax law changes
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes
- Manage the preparation and review process for the international tax provision
- Lead and manage ad-hoc tax projects, as necessary
- Collaborate with the internal team and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
- Provide technical tax advice and support to the broader finance team and business units
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or Master's degree in Taxation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, financial reporting, and accounting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and ASC 740, ASC-718, ASC 740-10 standards
- Experience with SOX controls and true-up calculations
- Proven experience in managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and tax planning
- Experience with IFFS reporting and reviewing tax clauses
- Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite and tax preparation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
