What You'll Do:
-Drive Sales Growth: Identify and secure new commercial opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients in your assigned territory.
-Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing, inactive, and prospective clients to secure shipments and meet or exceed ATSI criteria.
-Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our pricing and planning teams to develop operational plans, present quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Problem Solver: Assist customers with service issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
-Sales Strategies: Utilize your skills in sales, marketing, and customer service to achieve and surpass established goals.
What We're Looking For:
-Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred; a background in logistics or transportation is a plus!
-Education: A degree (two- or four-year) is preferred but not requiredyour drive and experience matter most!
-Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
-Self-Starter: A motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems for customer management.
