Fluent native Spanish speaker (preferably Latin America)

Connections in Latin American countries who can assist with translation services (preferred)

Fluid understanding of cultural differences and how to localize Gaia brand, advertising and product messaging

Proven project management skills

Organized with strong attention to details

Strong relationship and team building skills

Ability to operate and think independently, as well as collaborate with others

Excellent internal and external communication skills both written and verbal

Experience: 

Familiarity with digital media formats and video content preferred

Previous experience working at a successful streaming Subscription Video Service (SVOD) preferred

4 to 5 years direct experience in product management for consumer goods products or services in Latin America

Education:

BA or BS undergrad

MBA preferred
