Our client is seeking an International Private Banker to enhance their presence in the vibrant Miami-Dade region, focusing on clients from Venezuela, Panama, Colombia, Peru, and Costa Rica.
As an International Private Banker, you will leverage your expertise in wealth management and financial advisory to provide tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients. Your role will be crucial in managing client relationships, ensuring portfolio profitability, and driving the bank's growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Obtain, maintain, and expand existing account relationships while identifying and nurturing new client opportunities.
- Business Development: Bring in a new book of business, focusing on both domestic and international clients.
- Compliance: Adhere to all policies, procedures, regulations, and risk guidelines to ensure operational integrity.
- Financial Advisory: Proactively consult with clients on financial services, investment options, and potential risks, ensuring they receive personalized and strategic advice.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess client account performance to ensure alignment with their financial goals and needs.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market conditions and conduct research to identify opportunities that meet Private Banking revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Private Banking Assistants to deliver efficient and effective client service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in private banking or wealth management, with a focus on international clients from Latin America.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Series 7 and 66/63 required; additional licenses in Insurance or Mortgage are a plus.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Strong understanding of credit, lending products, and federal lending regulations.
- Excellent business development, marketing, and communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations effectively.
