Job Title: International Order Management Representative

Location: Shelton, CT

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Type: Temporary with Intent to Hire, Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Fully On-Site

Overview:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented International Order Management Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the intention to transition into a permanent role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing sales orders and customer accounts for international territories, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, handle logistics, manage export documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track international orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
• Work closely with sales, distribution, and finance teams to facilitate smooth order processing.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates and resolving any order-related issues.
• Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to arrange and track international shipments.
• Keep accurate records of orders and stay current on international shipping regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in international order management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor is a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
