Job Description
As an International Corporate Accountant, you will act as a key business partner to local finance teams in India, Vietnam, and other jurisdictions, providing expert accounting guidance and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and US GAAP. You will play a pivotal role in supporting global corporate teams on accounting and tax-related matters while driving innovation through the automation and digitalization of financial processes. Leveraging tools like AI, RPA, and Oracle solutions, you will streamline operations and enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. Reporting directly to the International Corporate Controller, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors, shaping the future of financial management within the organization.
**This role offers a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact and business partner to local finance teams in India, Vietnam and potentially other jurisdictions, providing accounting advice and expertise to support the local finance teams and business units and support global corporate teams with accounting- and tax-related matters.
• Monitor and review deliverables from local finance teams to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies, US GAAP, and internal controls, aiming to standardize international reporting.
• Execute month-end close and control activities, with an emphasis on streamlining them by utilization of Oracle Enterprise Management Software solutions, such as Financial Consolidation and Close Solution.
• Facilitate the Oracle ERP implementation for our Indian subsidiary, with the opportunity to lead a workgroup.
• Prepare and post journal entries for consolidation processes with a focus on future optimization and process improvements.
• Prepare and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts with the objective of automizing it to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and approve international wire transfers, exploring opportunities to digitally transform the workflow.
• Participate in monthly financial review calls, identifying and resolving issues, while keeping finance management informed of key findings and progress.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
