Position Overview:

Intuitive Machines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our international business growth. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with international customers, understanding their unique requirements, developing tailored offerings, and capturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Director of Business Development to develop and execute the international business development strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.

2. Identify and prioritize target international markets for expansion, conducting thorough market research and analysis to assess opportunities and risks.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.

4. Develop customized solutions and offerings to meet the specific requirements of international clients, leveraging the company's capabilities and expertise in aerospace technology.

5. Lead the negotiation and execution of international business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

6. Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the business development lifecycle.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including proposal specialists, engineering, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to international customers.

8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments in target international markets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

9. Represent Intuitive Machines at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our brand, showcase our capabilities, and identify potential business opportunities.

10. Track and report key performance metrics, milestones, and accomplishments related to international business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in international business development, sales, or marketing roles within the aerospace or technology industry.

• Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans.

• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
