Are you a seasoned accounting professional with GAAP expertise who is looking for the next step in your career?We have a great opportunity for you to join our internal accounting department as an Internal Senior Accountant-- GAAP. This role will be responsible for monthly GAAP financials, preparing for external audits, and creating Standard Operating Procedures. Commitments:
- Responsible for monthly GAAP financials
- Equity tracking
- M&A
- Revenue
- Allowances
- Lease accounting
- Tax by entity
- Intercompany
- Service Agreement
- Prepare for annual external audit as the "go to person" from the Finance department leading this effort
- Lending covenants
- Assist with M&A Analysis and M&A Implementation
- Assist with policy documentation project and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Required:
- Must have some experience with GAAP accounting principals
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- Highly detail oriented
- Proficient in Outlook and Word, advanced user of Excel
- Reliable and ability to work independently to manage tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with a service based business preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000*
*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
