What You'll Do:
Deliver Comprehensive Care:
Provide care for patients of all ages, diagnosing, treating, and managing health conditions while emphasizing preventive care and health education.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and other members of the care team to offer integrated, high-quality care.
Lead by Example:
Guide and mentor Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
Be a Lifelong Learner:
Stay current on medical advancements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of practices and processes.
Lead with Integrity:
Take full responsibility for patient care, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Foster Strong Relationships:
Build meaningful, professional relationships with colleagues across all departments, ensuring seamless care and collaboration.
What You Bring:
Medical Expertise:
Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
Clinical Competence:
A proven ability to manage patient care from diagnosis through treatment, including prescriptions and ancillary orders.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using EMR systems, particularly Allscripts, to document patient care accurately and efficiently.
Collaborative Spirit:
Thrive in a multidisciplinary setting, working alongside your team to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
Commitment to Growth:
Always striving to improve and adapt to meet the evolving needs of your patients and team.
