About this role - Family Medicine Physician

• The clinic is located in a rural community but is located about 12 miles from a metropolitan area (Columbus, Indiana)
• The position could be groomed into an Associate Medical Director as we’ll be making a transition relatively soon as our Associate Medical Director will become our CMO and our CMO will be stepping down into the Associate Medical Director role as she transitions into full retirement
