Internal and External Admissions Director

·         Manage inquiry process

·         Make sure perspective residents are appropriate for this facility

·         Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc & provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing

·         Maintain updated bed availability and facility services information

·         Medical sales calls outside the facility to medical, insurance, legal and financial professionals, senior organizations

·         Ensure that all documents are complete & have appropriate information into system

·         Create facility materials such as press releases, brochures and advertisements

·         A working knowledge of Federal and state regulations and reimbursement

·         Build relationships with hospital & facilities in the area

·         Perform sales and marketing campaigns

·         Maintain knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid regulations

·         Maintain model rooms for tours

·         Other duties assigned

Requirements:

BA in communications, administration and/or marketing

1-2 years Admissions experience
