About the Job
- Responsibility for all our LCRA comms, to help drive engagement across this global function
- Meeting with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to develop comms plans and solutions
- Writing great, simple content that lands key messages effectively with a mix of audiences
- Developing other assets like graphics, videos, events and more as part of any comms plans
- Managing approvals of content through global stakeholder groups
- Supporting senior leaders as directed with any comms and engagement needs
- Being an active part of the IC team, collaborating on other comms activities, including global events, videos, producing written content and more
- Working in lock step with the with the Senior Communications Manager on priorities to ensure the IC team is supporting the business in the best way

Requirements:
- Needs to be a great writer, who can simplify complex information for a global audience
- Strong experience with creating and editing PowerPoint
- Able to interpret communication challenges from senior leaders and turn that into a simple, achievable comms plan
- Ability to create plans and execute on them end to end
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- An energetic and passionate communicator who plays an active role in the Internal communications team
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and be involved in all manner of general communications
- Full of ideas, with a laser focus on execution
- A great writer with an ability to simplify complex messages and tell engaging stories
- Bringing exceptional writing and communication skills and an ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
- Having strong experience creating and editing PowerPoint
- An ability to interpret communication challenges from senior leaders and turn those into a simple, achievable comms plans
- Coming up with ideas and executing plans simultaneously
- Being a problem solver
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
