Internal Communications Manager | Lead the Future of Education!

AlphaBEST Education, a leader in innovative before-school, after-school, and summer programs, partners with schools to inspire future leaders and learners. As part of our Innovation & Learning Team, you'll design creative solutions to connect 3,000 team members across 600 locations in 20 states, shaping how information flows, stories are shared, and connections thrive in our dynamic nationwide workforce.

Location: Remote (candidates in NC, NJ, CO, TX, VA encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:

• Project manage our employee app and regular communications cadence.
• Act as point of contact for AB Ambassadors (internal volunteer brand ambassadors).
• Support Town Hall meetings and virtual events.
• Collaborate on brand alignment and ensure effective communication across departments.
• Assist with company-wide crisis communications as needed.

Employee Engagement:

• Run internal marketing campaigns for professional development and wellness programs.
• Partner with HR for employee feedback surveys and data analysis.

Employer Brand & Alumni Relations:

• Craft job ads reflecting the employee value proposition.
• Coordinate alumni network to foster relationships with former employees.
• Ensure communications reflect company values and mission.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of communication experience (internships or part-time count).
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills.
• Tech-savvy and graphic design experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
