Internal Communication Specialist - Motion Recruitment

Our Client, a Global Robotics Company, is looking for a Internal Communications Specialist to join their team in Bedford, MA!

Hybrid: 2 days onsite/ 3 days remote

Pay: $46/hour

*This Is A 6 Month Contract With Opportunity to Convert Or Extend!

As the Internal communications Specialist, you will partner with senior executives,craft organizational communications, and keep staff informed through engaging story telling.

Part journalist, part project manager and part communications strategist, you will focus on developing a diverse set of communications and creative campaigns for iRobot’s Next Normal workplace. Their employees work across a hybrid global environment, and its important to ensure they have the information they need to connect and collaborate and be productive wherever they are located. You will help to produce culture-building content and manage employee networking and social events

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or communications
• Experience working with an HR team or on HR/employee communications a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Video editing experience a plus
• Event and project management skills to develop culture-building events, including Town Hall meetings, employee engagement events
• Knowledge of SharePoint or other intranet platform tool.
