Internal Admissions Director - Woodstock Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Woodstock Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a full-time Admissions Director. The Admissions Director is responsible for receiving and processing potential referrals from multiple sources such as hospitals, physicians, and family members.

Additionally, the Admission Director is responsible for:

• Coordinating and conducting tours of the facility with families of potential patients and other potential clients
• Follow up and reporting on the status of open referrals
• Basic data entry / demographic info of confirmed admissions in the facilities electronic medical record
• Ensuring all new referral paperwork and orders are received at the center in a timely manner
• Ensuring that patient rooms are admission ready
• New admission sign in and regulatory paperwork
• Concierge check-in with new admissions
• Following up with lost leads/missed referrals
• Attending morning meetings

Requirements:

• Healthcare experience including knowledge of various insurance payor sources
• Marketing/sales experience a plus
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
