Role and Responsibilities
Manage a designated portfolio of accounts.
Conduct proactive outbound calls to inform customers about current offers, updates, and promotions.
Employ a consultative and strategic approach to engage customers in discussions regarding wireless equipment, marketing initiatives, and airtime payments.
Address and resolve day-to-day challenges faced by store owners while fostering robust customer relationships.
Act as a liaison internally to effectively communicate and coordinate customer needs, such as commission management, inventory control, shipping, and orders.
Demonstrate the ability to propose solutions to business owners aimed at enhancing their overall profitability.
Gather and analyze account data to inform decision-making.
Introduce new products and marketing strategies to drive sales within the assigned customer base.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Required).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales (Required).
Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the Wireless Industry.
Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in Account Management and/or Relationship Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a phone-based sales or customer service environment.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Familiarity with NetSuite.
Excellent communication skills encompassing listening, verbal, and written abilities.
Previous experience in retail or wholesale sales.
Strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Occasional lifting and moving of up to 20 lbs.
Work hours may exceed 40 hours per week occasionally.
