In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 21 to $30 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
- The intern will work closely with TOPS Global Training and business leaders to support the enhancement of the Global GMP Training Program. Responsibilities will include gathering, organizing, and analyzing Learning Management System (LMS) data and training process information. Additionally, the intern may assist with creating training-related controlled documents (procedures and work instructions), right-sizing training across TOPS, and supporting the business case for BioMarin's new Learning Management System.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong data collection, organization, and analysis skills
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to produce quality deliverables and work with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Lean Six Sigma
- Advanced project management skills
- Proficiency with PowerBI and/or Sharepoint web-design is a plus
- 3rd, 4th year bachelor or master’s student
- Life science or business degree
- Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week.
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program.
- Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles. Some positions will be open to remote interns, but employee must be within United States borders.
