Intern, Technical Support - General Dynamics Ordnance & Tactical Systems

Major Position Responsibilities:

The Production Engineering Intern will work directly with a team of seasoned GD-OTS engineers to tackle all production related tasks.  These tasks may include conducting parts reviews, drafting engineering reports, designing test plans, evaluating novel gun system improvements, supporting fire testing, conducting engineering stress and fatigue analysis, support to test range personnel, support to production assemblers (Saco), interacting with other procurement, financial, planning, programming, analyst, designer, and engineering personnel as part of a cohesive team.

Required Education:

• The candidate shall be entering their Junior and/or Senior year in 2024 and attending school for a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
