Essential Functions:
- Safety:
- Promote a safety culture and awareness within the area of responsibility.
- Daily Operations Support:
- Provide technical support to the production team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Digital Factory:
- Support the integration of digital technologies into the manufacturing process.
- Work on data collection and analysis to optimize production operations.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the development of predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring systems.
- Capital Project Execution:
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of capital projects.
- Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement projects.
- Implement changes and monitor their impact on production processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in multiple media forms – verbal, written, etc.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of production operation, including equipment, materials, workflow, etc.
- Ability to always maintain absolute confidentiality and in all situations.
Education:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Familiar with using RCA, fishbone, 5-why, quick kaizen, and FMEA methodologies.
- Computer skills, including in MS Office, MS Power BI
- Strong desire to learn and grow in all areas, as well as the willingness to share knowledge with others.
