+ Schedule: PRN/Rotating Shift- Rotating Hours: 6:30am to 3pm and 2:30pm to 11pm. Every other weekend One 4 hour shift during the week not working the weekend

Responsibilities
Perform the duties of a staff pharmacist under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
+ Under direct supervision, maintain proper narcotic documentation and ensure proper distribution of narcotic medications.
+ Under direct supervision, ensure appropriate selection of dosing, administering and monitoring of medication.
+ Dispense medications accurately for delivery to patient care areas. May compound medications.
+ Assist pharmacists with maintaining and monitoring patient profiles. Provide medication information and education to medical staff and patients.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Registered Pharmacy Intern, Pharmacist-Ed Ltd-5 preferred.
Education:
+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline.
