As an Intern – Paid Social, here’s what you’ll do:

• Learning the ins & outs of our Platform Partners
• Learning/Assisting with Paid Social Ad Building & Reporting
• Dashboard/Reporting/Pacing Performance output
• 2025 Planning Research, Presentation builds, budget outlines, etc
• Presentation skills in all-agency monthly meetings
• Community Management
• Testing Results

We are looking for interns who possess a problem-solving mentality, have leadership and collaborative qualities, and express curiosity within and beyond their role and team. We encourage you to apply if you have:

• Passion and interest in marketing and advertising industry
• Interest in social media
• Capacity to learn, grow, and improve on feedback as necessary
• Excellent organization and time management to prioritize workload and multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solve
• Attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members

Education

• Rising college/university senior or 2024 graduates with/working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Media
• Previous internships are a plus but not required
