Intern, Network Analyst - Waters Corporation

Overview

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The IT Corporate Services team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our Milford office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the network engineering team to enhance our enterprise network monitoring platform.
• Develop custom dashboards for various support teams and end users.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on network improvements.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and talented Network Services Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a college student majoring in Information Technology (IT) with a focus on networking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced network engineers who are eager to mentor and share their technical knowledge and work experiences.  

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, majoring in IT or a related field with a focus on networking.
• Basic understanding of network concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and dashboard development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
