Your Education, Skills, and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Business or Human Resources with an expected graduation date in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent

• Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation

Your education is just the beginning - you'll become an active member of ourCorporate HR & Learning team, reporting to our Learning & Development Specialist, and located in Pittsburgh, PA. During our 12-weekinternship program, you'll tackle real-world challenges through impactful assignments, and work alongside our industry changemakers.

The Intern - Learning & Development (HR) will have the opportunity to assist the Corporate HR & Learning team with a variety of tasks including learning and development program support, Howmet's Learning Management System, and interface with various functions across our four business units.

Intern Impact Project: Hourly Skills-based Training

The Intern - Learning & Development (HR) will collaborate and work with multiple Howmet locations to gather feedback on skill development areas for our hourly employees and create training programs in partnership with our Learn vendors. Location leaders, managers and hourly employees will then be able to identify the key skill development areas for employees and take action to improve upon these skills by using the suggested trainings, coaching and mentoring programs available.

In addition to your impact project work, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Offer training program support to all Howmet Business Units

• Participate in content development for training programs

• Assist in the Learning Management System (content management, etc.)

• Support, assist, and create programs for employee development
