Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is looking for a highly motivated person to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) Intern, Industrial Hygienist – Safety position in Homewood, Il from May– Aug 2025. The Intern, Industrial Hygiene – Safety is responsible for understanding the techniques used in industrial hygiene to collect and evaluate data, as well as apply regulatory and professional standards to protect employees and the community. The role is performed in collaboration with the Industrial Hygiene team by conducting workplace monitoring for noise and various airborne hazards across operational departments. After an initial orientation, the incumbent works with supervisors and Safety team members on their projects, provides daily or weekly reports on the progress and the challenges incurred. *Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an assetJob Summary
