With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, all aspects of a project can be designed and managed by one firm.

Description:
Urgent need for an Intermediate-Senior level Plumbing Designer to prepare drawings and specifications of plumbing systems including development of initial plumbing concepts. Proven experience in building systems, particularly commercial, retail, and residential buildings.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years or more preparing Plumbing Design drawings
• Work with team to develop Plumbing & Fire Protection (a plus) Design
• Perform system design calculations, preliminary water, gas, sewer calculations.
• Develop initial plumbing concepts.
• AutoCAD is a MUST
• Revit would be desired; not required.
• Select equipment used in building systems.
• Working knowledge of building codes
• Good written and Verbal skills for report preparation and client interaction

Education:
BSME or equivalent preferred but not required
