Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Intermediate Litigation Attorney to join our award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree and experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Intermediate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending hearings and depositions.
- Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
- Conducting legal research and writing legal briefs and memoranda.
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Developing and implementing case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate Degree, Juris Doctor degree, J.D.
- At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
