Interior Maintenance Technician - Avmax Montana Inc

Due to continual growth, Avmax has an opening for an Interiors Maintenance Technician.

Duties: This position will have a primary focus on overhaul and maintenance of interiors of customer aircraft.

• Removal and installation of existing interior furnishings, galleys, overhead bins, sidewall panels, ceiling panels and floorboards
• Protect existing interior furnishing upon removal and installation from aircraft while in for maintenance and/or modifications
• Ensure all maintenance and safety precautions are observed when carrying out assigned activities.
• Communicate with Lead when tasks are completed.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Promote company values, vision and mission and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Requirements include 2+ years specializing in interior commercial maintenance
• Exercise extreme attention to detail
• Demonstrate skillful use of basic hand tools
• Mechanical inclination
• Proficient at reading and interpreting aviation engineering blueprints
• Capable of precision layouts
• Dependable, prompt and punctual
• Written and verbal English communication
• Light sheet metal and fiberglass experience
• Proven ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Requirements:

• A&P License, CRJ 200/700, Dash 8, ATR 42/72, & EMB 120/135/145 experience desired
