Interior Designer / Kitchen & Bath Designer with Chief Architect Experience - Ridgetop Corp

We are looking for a creative and skilled Interior Designer / Kitchen & Bath Designer with experience using Chief Architect software to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a strong ability to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan interior layouts, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.

• Utilize Chief Architect software to create detailed and accurate renderings.

• Develop design concepts and present them to the team for approval.

• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to complete the design.

• Oversee the implementation of design projects to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.

-Staging of vacant apartments to maximize rental opportunities.

-Placing cabinet orders with preferred vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous kitchen and bath projects.

• Proficiency in Chief Architect software is a must.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and trends.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
