Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Designer position include:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field from an accredited school
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
Ability to lead day-to-day project coordination, communicate design ideas through 2D and 3D drawings, and manage communication with clients and consultants
Participate in construction administration, review submittals, and perform value engineering to maintain design intent
Conduct programming efforts through space planning studies and manage design processes for acquisitions and renovations
Conduct site walks to ensure design specifications are met and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
NCIDQ or CID Certification preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
