We are a growing Managing firm for Long Term Care Community. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents through thoughtful and compassionate interior design and renovation projects that improve the overall atmosphere of care facilities.
We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer Associate/Graduate with strong project coordination abilities/ experience. The primary focus of the position will requiring coordinating the renovation projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Interior Designer Associate/Graduate & project coordination
- Interior Design
- Assist in developing interior design concepts for small-scale renovations in nursing communities.
- Collaborate with senior designers to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance the well-being of residents and staff.
- Project Coordination & Management
- Communicate with contractors, internal team, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of designs.
- Monitor the progress of renovations and resolve any issues related to scheduling, materials, or logistics.
- Regular site visits to monitor progress and correct, high quality finishes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience/ A degree or diploma in Interior Design preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in designing for healthcare environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several aspects of a project simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
