As the Interior Design Project Manager/Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for translating design concepts into meticulous construction documents, ensuring quality control and compliance with codes and specifications. Your ability to effectively communicate both visually and verbally, coupled with your strong work ethic and collaborative nature, will be paramount in fostering positive relationships with both clients and team members. In addition to your design acumen, you'll need to demonstrate proficiency in space planning, interior finishes, and furniture selection. Occasional travel may be required for project site visits.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or a related field
- Six years of experience in interior design preferred
- Experience in commercial projects, ability to demonstrate strong commercial drawings and creatively solving interior design issues
- Proficient Software abilities in Revit and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- NCIDQ or in pursuit is a plus but not required
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Ability to develop budgets, scopes, and deadlines, as well as upholding commitments, is required.
- Has the ability to understand and interpret interior design and architectural drawings thoroughly and
- specifications, working knowledge of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented; has excellent verbal/graphic/written communication skills; has a strong work ethic; and is a team player with staff and clients.
- Knowledgeable in commercial building programming and space planning.
- Working knowledge of interior finishes, finish scheduling, Specifications, detailing, and furniture selection.
- Conducts site visits as required to ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with plans and specifications.
- Occasional travel for projects may be required in and out of the state.
