As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - we INVITE you to come join our Team! Our small, 50 bed skilled nursing facility in Northern California, Chico area, with a newly established team is in need of a servant leader, prepared to transform our industry in an autonomous enviroment, pushing toward cultural, clinical and finacial excellence. Familarity with the area is preferred.
You will be responsible to have a commitment of providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork. Along with patient care, you will be responsible for other duties such as:
> Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local standards and regulations.
> Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients.
> Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff to come to work and give their best efforts.
> Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility.
> Participation in department management meetings.
EDUCATION:
> Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICAITON:
> Minimum two years experience as a LNHA
> Must posses a current LNHA licensee
> Knowledge of state and federal regualtions
