Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

• Handling the staffing and recruiting process for the schools and collaborating with school directors and staffing needs
• Managing the Professional development program to secure employee retention
• Understanding the benefits package and assist with employees regarding enrollment
• Additional responsibilities from the Director of HR

Experience Preferred for the HR Manager:

• 4+ of related experience
• ADP is a plus
• Non Profit is a plus
• SHRM is a plus
