Interim Executive Director / Administrator
St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a Joint Commission, American Healthcare Association Award-winning, short-term rehab, long term, and skilled nursing care community. Our facility is conveniently located in Boston, MA, in the residential community of Dorchester. The Interim Executive Director / Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the center in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures of the Company, the Corporate Integrity Agreement, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations governing long-term care centers. The InterimExecutive Director / Administrator is responsible for achieving fiscal success of the center, for developing and coordinating department head teamwork and overall employee relations, ensuring the delivery of quality care and services, and advancing business development in the center’s marketplace.
This position is currently an interim opportunity with the potential to migrate to a permanent role with Landmark Management Solutions, LLC.
Professional Experience / Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Current State of Massachusetts Administrator’s Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, LNHA, license. Applicants without LNHA licensure will NOT be considered.
- Three years or greater experience in long term care health and administrative management.
- Five years or greater experience working directly in a long-term care or sub-acute medical center.
