Interim ER Manager Position Available

Reid & Associates is currently assisting a hospital in the Mid-West in its search for an Interim Emergency Room (ER) Manager. This role is vital for ensuring continued leadership and support within the unit during this transitional period.

Position Overview

The Interim ER Manager will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and will be responsible for providing temporary leadership to the emergency department. This position is essential in supporting the mission, strategic plan, goals, and values of the Medical Center.

Contract Details

• Duration: 3-6 month contract
• Compensation: Competitive salary, including temporary housing, travel allowance, and per diem

Qualifications

Candidates for this role are expected to meet the following minimal requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing in a Compact State
