About the Job
We are seeking a construction controller to support our Nashville based construction client through GL clean up and financial statement generation. This is a heavily remote role, however would like someone that can be on-site on an as needed basis.
As an Interim Controller, you will serve as a financial expert for our client. This involves handling a variety of general to complex accounting functions, providing analytical support, andworking directly with the CEO on the generation of financials.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Construction Accounting experience is required.
- Adept with project and cost accounting/reporting
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of monthly close, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Tax, WIP, Percent of Completion, and Financial Statement Preparation

This role is heavily remote, however will require an occasional on-site presence as needed. MUST be local to the greater middle TN market.
