This role focuses on financial reporting, treasury functions, SOX compliance, and investor relations while aligning financial operations with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and DEF 14A, adhering to FASB standards.
- Optimize capital utilization through effective credit facility management and restructuring.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and bank reporting processes.
- Lead SOX compliance efforts, implementing robust internal controls and ensuring credit covenant adherence.
- Develop and present financial reports for the Board, while managing investor relations, including communication with analysts and investors.
- Support M&A initiatives in collaboration with investment bankers and the executive team.
- Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and earnings calls.
- Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with manufacturing and financial services operations.
Requirements:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership with public company expertise.
- SEC reporting and compliance
- SOX compliance and internal controls
- Treasury management and financial modeling
- Investor relations and Board-level presentations
Work Location Requirement:
- Comfortable in a fully in-office role with minimal remote flexibility (candidates must reside in the DFW area).
