role at Snap-on could be for you! In this position, you will virtually
manage and support Snap-on customers on defined lists of calls. You will
virtually maintain service, support, collections, and sales for assigned
routes until they are purchased by a Franchisee. Interim Account
Managers work within routes to collect payments, sell product, process
warranties and repairs, and provide solutions that are specific to each

Responsibilities
- Conduct route surveys and customer introductions alone or along with
an FSS.
- Remotely service customers on designated route.
- Provide service on products sold by the company.
- Manage store operation to meet sales, margin and profit targets.
- Maintain accountability for sales and collections, and P&L.
- Maintain accountability for corporate assets in the form of cash and
accounts receivable.
- Operate routes in compliance with the Snap-on program.
- Increase revenue by leveraging supplemental product offerings,
improving consumable product sales and executing special project
sales of new product.
- Control assets and maintain compliance according to policy,
including daily banking, Concur, inventory control, property, R.A.,
and credit status.
- Review store operations documents and balance each week.
- Manage social media presence.
- Design, edit, and launch promotional videos, and flyers to increase
sales of a product amongst customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven direct sales or sales management experience, preferably in
route or outside sales. Retail experience a plus.
- Experience in business related positions.
- Collection experience preferred.
- Position requires knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Product knowledge
- Collections
- Asset management
- Budgeting
- Business operations
- Completion of Snap-on training programs
- The following individual characteristics and competencies are
