JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and launch beautiful, usable, and valuable product features.
- Deeply understand the customer you are solving for and advocate for that customer to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate successfully with Product Management, Product Engineering, and other designers.
- Learn fast: Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes.
- Test your hypotheses with end-users and key stakeholders.
- Lead design direction and execution for your work stream
- Skills: Interaction design, working with a product development triad of Product Management and Engineering, knowledge of how to use Design Systems, Product Design, Visual Design, Usability testing, Customer interviews, stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in communication design, graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction or other relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product design specializing in interaction design or related fields. Preferably shipping digital products.
- Deep knowledge of user research methodologies. Knows then to apply which methodology to gather insights.
- Deep knowledge of interaction design principles, frameworks, and design systems
- Deep knowledge of user experience design methods, design principles and other frameworks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; effective negotiator
