Job Summary:
As an ICU RN, illuminate the path to healing as you provide compassionate and comprehensive care to critically ill patients. Your role as a healer and advocate will uplift spirits and transform lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs with empathy and precision.
- Administer medications and therapies with a gentle touch and vigilant eyes.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to ensure holistic patient well-being.
- Educate and empower patients and families to navigate their healthcare journey with confidence and optimism.
- Mentor and inspire fellow team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Cultivate your skills with a minimum of 2 years of acute care ICU RN experience.
- Nurture your professional journey with an Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
- Ignite your passion with a current State of Florida RN license or compact licensure within 90 days.
- Fuel your commitment to excellence with BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
