About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Intelligence Operations Analyst * Perform as an Intel Operations Analyst in support of DIA's Distributed Common Ground/Surface Systems (DCGS) Operations User Focus Team (OUFT)Responsibilities:
* Work directly with and maintain continuous interface with Service and Combat Support Agency (CSA) Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) / DCGS points of contact to understand operational requirements for employing and sustaining the system in support of military operations.
* Review joint doctrine, policy, CONOPS, TTPs, emerging operational concepts, and published CCMD/ enterprise capability gaps for their impact on the Global ISR Enterprise and specifically DCGS operations. * Produce and revise ISR related products i.e. mission threads, use cases, and support packages to reflect current doctrine and emerging concepts.
* Support the planning and execution of operational assessments in support of ISR capability demonstrations and exercises. * Review and provide comment on assigned Joint Staff JCIDS documents to include accompanying Department of Defense Architecture framework (DoDAF 2.0) views. * Attend meetings, develop briefings, and provide related materials to support addressing joint interoperability issues affecting the DoD ISR Enterprise.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute IPRs, working groups, and/or working sessions to facilitate interoperability of the DoD ISR Enterprise specifically the DCGS role. * Provide analytical support to Joint Staff ISR capability and assessment initiatives and demonstration and exercises related to DI2E/DCGS events. * Produce After Action Reports (AARs), executive summaries, and trip reports as a result of attending or participating in Joint, CCMD, Service, and CSA forums that addressed Joint ISR operations and capability development.
* Review Service and CSA DCGS and Global ISR Enterprise-related test and development plans to ensure joint requirements for interoperability are sufficiently addressed. * Review US Coalition community, CCMDs, the IC staff, steering/working groups on IT architectures, requirements and capabilities to support data sharing, integration and interoperability
* High-level of staffing skills and proven organizational abilities to provide senior level products and briefings
* Experience with enterprise architectures, technical architectures, and business processes to include: Joint Capability Areas (JCA), Universal Joint Task Lists (UJTL), Joint Common Systems Functions List (JCSFL), and the DoDAF.
* Experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise functions, methods and related systems, intelligence product applications, testing and problem resolution.
* Strong ability to use and create MS Office products such as word documents, PowerPoint, access and excel databases in support of the DI2E/DCGS and JS J2 related requirements.The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
* Requires Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.
* Prior Intelligence (such as COMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT and MASINT), Information Technology, DCGS, and/or Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) experience.
* Possess an understanding of the Joint Staff and its interactions within the DoD and Intelligence Community
* Experience in Intelligence Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (TCPED) and data sharing across the DoD, Services, CCMDs, and/or Coalition Intelligence systems and programsProfessional Certifications:
* Preferred Certification as a DCGS operator, system administrator, or knowledge manager and COMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT and or MASINT operator.
