Intelligence Management Specialist - Senior This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.
Cherokee Analytics is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to provide support to the U.S.
Army Operations Group (AOG) S3 plans section.
The Senior Intelligence Management Specialist will facilitate execution of command initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary: $146,000.
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.

Intelligence Management Specialist - Senior Responsibilities Include:
• Provide support to the AOG S3 OPS team to support, coordinate, and track all detachment level operations
• Conduct daily discussions and operational coordination to ensure operation progress through all phases of HUMINT operations life cycle.
• Utilize the AOG tracking systems, Global Command Operations Management System (GCOMS), and Source Operations Management Module (SOMM).
• Support operations by reviewing and staffing operational documents through internal and external Army and Department of Defense organizations.
• Conduct daily review of various databases to action operations message traffic supporting HUMINT operations.
• Maintain situational awareness on all operational cases to inform and advise the unit leadership and answer inquiries both formally and informally at the unit level up to Army level.
• Demonstrate operational and regional expertise and maintain situational awareness over all current and planned operations.
• Responsible for producing operational updates to USAOG Commander and higher headquarters.
Incorporate routine products and reports in the Daily Operations Update (DOU)/Weekly Operations Update (WOU) and prepare detachment operational highlights for bi-weekly operational updates as required.
• Liaison between the detachment, USAOG Headquarters, INSCOM and the larger Intelligence Enterprise on managing HUMINT operations and intelligence requirements.
• Process and affect coordination of operational activities and monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable HUMINT laws and directives, and policies.
• Disseminate new guidance or restrictions to other area support teams, targeters, production officers, and the chief of operations.
• Monitor the operations tracker to identify upcoming operations and collaborate with detachment leadership to ensure that required approvals and supporting documents are processed in a timely manner to execute operations.
• Participate in specified meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews etc.
This participation may include providing management, technical, cost or schedule information and other input and assistance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned Intelligence Management Specialist - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• Active TS/SCI - must be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the IC, must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations planning and its various disciplines, functions, processes.
• Experience in Intelligence Contingency Funds
• Experience in formal source validation programs
• Experience as HUMINT desk officer -
• Experience in management of HUMINT operations -
• Experience in delivering global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making and execution of client missions -
• Experience in writing and reviewing IIRs and evaluations reports -
• Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordinating tasks
• Former BDE/BN OPS officer and/or SGM - knowledge and experience of training automated systems
• Detailed knowledge of Intelligence Oversight and Security Guidelines pertaining to HUMINT operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications (GCOMS, SOMM, controlled mission coordination request (CMCR), Operations Interest Request (OI), Mission Source Operations Proposals (MSORP), HOT-R, and CHROME, and Multimedia Message Manager (M3)
• Possession of one of the following certifications is highly desirable:
• DATC
• MOTC
• ASOC
• AMSOC
