An exceptional law firm in DTLA is seeking a Legal Secretary with experience in trademarks.Support trademark and copyright attorneys with administrative tasks, requiring advanced knowledge of federal court procedures. Must be proactive, independent, and skilled in managing multiple tasks. Significant experience in litigation and trademark prosecution is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.

* Conduct trademark investigations.

* Communicate deadlines and filings with clients and team.

* Manage client files and coordinate with the records department.

* Collaborate with docketing specialist to calendar deadlines.

* Perform conflicts checks and draft engagement letters.

* Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years as a legal secretary in trademark law.

* Strong understanding of trademark procedures and federal court rules.

* Familiarity with federal court rules, civil procedures, and TTAB filing procedures.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
