Intellectual Property Attorney - MB Attorney Search

Our client is a leading national law firm and the Intellectual Property practice is growing.  They are seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience handling software patents. The successful candidate will be well versed on caselaw and rules regarding software and software-related inventions.

Required credentials for Intellectual Property Attorney:

• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, with a focus on software patents. 
• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer or software engineering.
• Must be USPTO admitted.
• Partners do not need a portable book.

Hybrid Role: This position is located in St Louis or Kansas City, MO. The firm has a hybrid culture and will support your work environment preference.

The firm will relocate a successful candidate.
